A modern technology in which the image is first printed on a special PET film and then transferred to the fabric using a heat press. DTF printing works on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics, produces vivid colors, and withstands more than 50 wash cycles. Ideal for logos, photos, and illustrations — a versatile choice for most orders.
Sublimation is the best option for white synthetic textiles. The ink is literally absorbed into the fibers of the fabric, so the print cannot be felt by touch and is virtually wash-resistant. Limitation: it works only on light-colored polyester and blended fabrics.
Screen printing is optimal for large runs of 50 pieces or more with simple designs in 1–3 colors. Heat transfer (flex, flock) is suitable for small logos and lettering, providing a textured finish with effects such as suede or gloss.
